Pizza with chorizo and bell pepper

Ingredients:
– 1 pizza dough
– 20 chorizo slices
– 1 red pepper
– 30 cl tomato coulis
– 60 g grated Gruyere cheese
– 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
– olive oil.
Preparation:
– Preheat your oven to 200°C.
– Prepare the pizza dough and spread it on an oven tray covered with baking paper.
– Spread the tomato coulis on the dough.
– Wash, seed and slice the peppers.
– Arrange the bell pepper slices and chorizo slices on the tomato coulis.
– Sprinkle with grated Gruyere and grated Parmesan.
– Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 200° oven.
– Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
