1 pk red onion 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cup arborio rice 3 dl broth 1 pk sprig thyme 2 dl red wine 100 g goat’s cheese or gorgonzola 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp butter basil leaves and oregano caramelized walnuts

Cut the onion and garlic into fine cubes. Fry them in olive oil.
Add the dry rice and continue to sauté. Pour in the wine, stir and let it evaporate.
3. Then pour in the stock and cook until al dente. Remove the risotto from the stove, add the butter, honey, balsamic vinegar and stir. 4.
Serve sprinkled with cheese, nuts and basil. Enjoy!
