Omelette with smoked meat and spring onions

3 pcs egg 10 dkg Moravian smoked salt ground black pepper
Put the Moravian smoked or any other piece of smoked maska you have at home on a Teflon pan.
When the masko starts to get crispy, pour the beaten eggs over it. If you want a softer omelette, add half a pint of milk to the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with a lid to bake the omelette evenly.
Decorate the plate with ketchup and spring onions, serve with bread.
