Light Pizza Dough recipe

Here is the recipe for light pizza dough, a nice crispy dough, easy and simple to make at home.
Ingredients for 8 people: – 20 Sp – 180 g flour 1 jar of 0% cottage cheese (125 gr) 0.5 teaspoon of salt 1 packet of baking powder 10 cl of water Preparation:
In a bowl mix the flour, salt and yeast then dig a well in the center, and pour in the cottage cheese.
Knead with your hands, gradually adding all the water, until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Lightly flour the flour dough, then cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let rest 30 min.
After resting, knead then spread the dough on a floured surface.
Then arrange your filling then bake for 15 to 20 min at 220°C.
