procedure

Wash the chicken breast and cut into small cubes. Then salt them, season with ground black pepper put basil and let them stand for about 20 minutes.

Clean the onions and cut them into small cubes and put them in hot oil in a frying pan. Clean the garlic cloves and crush them. Then wash and cut the tomato into small cubes and add them to the pan.

Stir everything around to fry the onions and let the tomatoes release their juices and add water as needed. Add the diced chicken breasts and stir.

Then sprinkle with ground red hot pepper and stir. Cook the chicken breasts for about 30 minutes.
