500 g front beef 500 g pork belly 150 g lard 10 g garlic 400 g white onion 20 g tomato puree 100 g plain flour 30 g salt 15 g ground paprika 1 g ground black pepper 1 g ground black pepper 1 g marjoram 2 g cumin 1200 ml water
step
1. Fry the onion in the fat until golden, dust with paprika, pour a little water, add the diced meat, salt, pepper, rubbed garlic, cumin, tomato puree and let it simmer until soft. 2. Take out the meat, fry the juices in the fat, dust with flour, cover with water and make a juice, letting it simmer until the lard rises to the surface. 3. Then add the meat to the goulash and serve.
