Rice makes an excellent festive rice pudding with a variety of spices, spices and raisins, and even as such for lunch.
Ingredients for four

Set aside.
Peel and chop the onions and ginger. Put them in a chilled casserole dish and start chopping. Add the spices when the onion starts to soften.
Rinse the rice in a colander under the tap and throw them into the barrel. Fry for a minute.
Then add 4dl of water. Let the rice simmer on a low heat until the water has evaporated.
Crush the cashews a little and put them and the raisins in the caser. Stir in the chopped butter and serve immediately.
