Cold appetizer prepared from roasted Vegetable Recipes and anchovies.

Procedure:
1. Place the tomatoes in a colander in boiling water, peel them and cut them into quarters
3. Place the peppers in a shallow baking dish, place two tomato quarters in each half, top with the anchovy mixture and bake in a medium oven for 20 to 30 minutes, the peppers should remain firm.
Note:
Serve cold, garnished with cucumber sprigs or parsley.
