Let’s cook the rice. Then mix it with minced meat, egg and season with spices. Stuff the mixture with the peppers, I also make meatballs to go with it.

I fry the onion in oil, add the flour and make a roast. I pour warm water and add the puree. Stir to avoid lumps. Bring to a boil and add the sauce filled peppers and bullets,bay leaf and season with salt and sugar, you can also add ketchup. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with dumplings.
