Peppers stuffed with cheese

4 pcs red peppers 1/2 bunch parsley 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil 200 g sheep’s cheese to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Wash the peppers thoroughly and cut off the tops. Remove the ribs and the pith. In a bowl, mix the chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and ground black pepper. Brush the inside of the peppers with this mixture. 2. Cut the cheese into 4 parts, fill the peppers with it. Grill or roast them on each side for about 8 minutes.
