Pennoni giants with roasted mushrooms, bacon and nicoise sauce

250 g Pasta of various kinds 1 packet Niva 1 crucible whipped cream 250 g mushrooms 2 cloves garlic 200 g Orava bacon 2 pcs young spring onions chives

This recipe came about very quickly while looking at half a year of stored pasta, which was so big I didn’t know what to do with it . In the end it was a great treat.
1.
Add a drop of oil to a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. In it, boil the pasta according to the type and instructions.

In the meantime, fry diced bacon in a pan with olive oil and garlic, add mushrooms and spring onions, drizzle with soy sauce, add salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary.

In the next pan, bring the whipping cream to a boil and add the grated niva… simmer until desired thickness.

Serve as you like I put them a little atypical since they were big I made a corral and put the mushroom mixture in it and poured the sauce and sprinkled with chives.
