300 g beef front to taste salt 1.5 liters water 1 pk onion 2 pk potatoes 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 2 tbsp sterilized peas 1 pk capers 50 g macaroni a little soup pepper a little parsley
step
1. Place the beef in salted water, add the onion and bring to the boil. 2. Remove the meat, bone it and cut it up. Strain the broth. Add the diced potatoes, root vegetable slices and capers to the broth and boil. 3. Boil the macaroni separately in salted water, drain and leave to drain. 4. Put the diced meat, sterilized peas, macaroni into the soup and reheat. Season the soup with soup seasoning and add chopped parsley.
