Peasant soup with mushrooms

ingredients

40 g lard 20 g plain flour 10 g onion 1 dl milk 40 g fresh mushrooms 10 g noodles to taste salt,parsley,black pepper

step

Make a roux from the lard and flour,add the grated onion,fry together,pour water,milk,salt and cook.Later add the mushrooms chopped finely and smothered in lard, separately cooked and drained noodles and chopped parsley.
