Peasant cabbage soup

300 g sauerkraut 500 g smoked rib 1 pk sausage 2 pk bay leaf 1 pk onions 2 pk garlic cloves a little bacon rind 1 tbsp lard 6 pk potatoes 2 handfuls dried oaks to taste salt 1 tsp ground red sweet paprika

1.
Place cabbage, bay leaves, smoked ribs, sausage, bacon rind, soaked mushrooms and the water they were soaked in in a pressure cooker, cover with water.

Pressure cooker and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. In the meantime, boil the potatoes in salted water in the other pot and fry the diced onion, crushed garlic and minced paprika in a little lard in a frying pan.

Finally, mix everything together, peel the smoked meat and cut it into the soup together with the sausage:-)
