Peasant Bread Soup

Soup prepared from old bread cut into cubes, fried together with root Vegetable Recipes, onion and garlic, sprinkled with ground sweet paprika, covered with water and boiled, finally added to the soup with boiled eggs, served garnished with parsley.

Procedure:
1. Peel the onion, garlic and root Vegetable Recipes, chop the onion finely, crush the garlic, cut the root Vegetable Recipes into strips and cut the harder bread into cubes 2. Heat the lard in a saucepan, add the diced bread, onion, garlic, root Vegetable Recipes and sauté everything for 5 minutes
3. Then sprinkle with sweet paprika, stir, pour water, salt and pepper and cook until the bread is cooked
4. Finally, add the beaten eggs to the soup and let it curdle while stirring continuously
5. Serve the soup garnished with chopped parsley.
