1 pk carrots (bigger) 1 pk medium onion 250 g chicken breast 1 packet frozen peas 2 tbsp tomato puree salt, black pepper dill

Chicken breast on Vegetable Recipes – fast, cheap and tasty:

Chop the onion finely and fry lightly. Add the carrots cut into rounds, cover with water and simmer.

After a few minutes add the meat cut into smaller cubes , add salt and pepper and simmer further. If necessary, add a little water.

When the meat is done, add the frozen peas, tomato puree to the pot and cook until the peas are tender. There shouldn’t be much liquid in the pot, and finally you can thicken it a little with 1 kl of flour.
4.
Add chopped dill to taste, stir and serve.
