procedure
1. Boil the peas, picked, washed and soaked the day before, in the water in which they were soaked. To the half-cooked peas, add the parboiled, washed and steamed rice, which has been fried in lard and onion. 2. Later add the diced Vegetable Recipes, salt and a light roux made with butter and flour. 3. Before serving, add the green onion chopped finely.
