250 g shelled peas 40 g lard 20 g plain flour 20 g onion 20 g breadcrumbs to taste salt, pepper, water
procedure
1. Boil the pea skins in salted water. Put the peas in the drained water from the skins and boil. Make a roux with the lard and flour, add the grated onion, fry, cover with water and boil. 2. Finally, add to the peas, season with salt and pepper, thicken with breadcrumbs and leave to boil.
