500 g frozen peas 500 ml poultry broth 250 ml cream 50 g butter 1 pk onion 1 clove garlic 1 pk star anise ground black pepper salt
procedure
1. Clean the onion and garlic, finely chop and fry in butter. Add the defrosted peas, fry well and pour in the stock. Add the star anise and cook until the peas are tender. 2. Remove the star anise from the soup and blend with a stick blender. Add the cream and cook for about 2 minutes. 3. When the soup is ready, season with salt and pepper and serve with a little sour cream. To the cream, toasted croutons are excellent.
