1. Remove the skin from the patizón and grate finely. Then put everything in a saucepan, season lightly with salt and simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Add 2 KL of curry spices and cover with a litre of water. 3. Bring to the boil and blend. 4. Then add the potatoes that we have cooked in a separate pot. 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
