1 pk patizón 2 pk egg a little semolina 2 cloves garlic 1 KL oregano 1 KL basil a little oil a little breadcrumbs for coating
procedure
1. Clean the patizón and grate it on a coarse grater. Sprinkle it with salt, let it stand for a while to let the excess water out. Then squeeze out the water. 2. Add the egg yolks, salt, pepper, chopped herbs, crushed garlic and thicken the whole mixture with semolina. Finally stir in the stiff snow beaten from the egg whites. 3. Using wet hands, form balls, coat them in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan in hot oil on all sides.
