Pasta with spinach and chicken

2 pcs chicken breasts 2 pcs garlic 2 handfuls spinach 1 pcs red onion 6 pcs cherry tomatoes 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp vegetable broth or water to taste black pepper, salt 250 g pasta to taste finely grated parmesan cheese

Light pasta with spinach and tomatoes. If you prefer dishes with meat, add chicken or turkey breast.

Clean the meat and cut into cubes. Sauté the meat in a little oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In the meantime, cut the red onion into small moons. Clean and finely chop the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the meat and bake. Pour a little water over the meat and let the flavours combine.

Finally add the spinach and fresh tomatoes. Cook the pasta al dente and add to the pan. Stir lightly and serve. Season with parmesan cheese.
