Ingredients for 4 parts:
10 SP – Green / 8 SP – Blue / 1 SP – Purple 300 g ground beef 10% mg 300 g wholemeal pasta 250 g button mushrooms 1 chopped onion 1 bell bell pepper 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 1 tablespoon salted soy sauce salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Clean and slice the mushrooms thinly, then cut the bell pepper into pieces.
Fry the chopped onion in a pan then add the peppers and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add the minced meat, tomato sauce, and soy sauce, add salt, pepper and then let it cook for 10 minutes.
Then add the pasta and mix it all together, then let it cook for 3-5 minutes, and finally remove from the heat and serve the pasta with the minced meat and mushrooms.
