Mushroom soup with noodles

400 g fresh or frozen mushrooms 1 tbsp lard 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour 100 g carrots 100 g celeriac 1 pk beef broth 200 ml whipping cream salt ground black pepper noodles chopped parsley
Thick, rich and fragrant soup.
Clean and chop the greens and mushrooms.
Fry Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms in lard, add broth and water and cook until tender. Then add the noodles.
Whisk the flour in the cream
Pour into soup and bring to a simmer.
Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Serve.
