400 g parsley 200 ml cream 1 pk onion 2 pk bay leaf 1 pk bun 2 tbsp butter 1 liter water a little pepper a little salt a little instant starter 1 pinch of mace
step
1. Chop the onion and fry it in butter. Add the chopped parsley, fry, pour in the stock, season with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf. Cook until the parsley is soft. 2. Remove the bay leaf and blend. Thicken with light stock, boil, add mace and cream as needed. Simmer briefly. Serve with fried buns or other pastries.
