Parmesan gratin potatoes

600 g potato pcs olive oil
Cream vinaigrette
400 ml cream pk black pepper 2 cloves garlic pk grated nutmeg 100 g grated parmesan cheese

Delicate and tender potatoes enhanced by the flavour of the parmesan cheese.
1.
First, make the creamy dressing by adding all the ingredients. Mix everything together.

Clean the peanuts and cut them into rounds about 3 mm thick.

Coat a baking dish with olive oil.
4.
Pile the first layer of potatoes in the baking dish, pour the cream topping evenly over the potatoes.
5.
Stir fry until all ingredients are used up.
6.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for an hour so they are beautifully golden on top.
7.
After baking, let the gratin potatoes rest for about half an hour to make them easier to slice.
