Paprika with rice

50 g rice 500 g paprika 1 packet scherry tomatoes 1 pk small onion 10 g butter 1 tin of kidney beans 1 clove garlic

1. Wash the rice and leave it soaked in water overnight. The next day, heat it slightly and leave it to soften for about 20 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, clean and chop the Vegetable Recipes. 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the Vegetable Recipes. Pour in water, cover and let it cook on a low heat for about 15 -18 minutes. 4. Season to taste. Drain the cooked rice well and mix with the Vegetable Recipes.
