1. Clean and finely chop the onion. Wash and dry the peppers, remove the cores and cut them into smaller pieces. 2. In a saucepan, fry the finely chopped onions in hot lard until golden brown. Add the peppers and sauté briefly. Add the ground paprika and pour in the hot water. Cook the soup over a medium heat for about 20 minutes. 3. Prepare a light roux from the butter and flour, carefully stir it into the goulash and simmer it for a while. Season with salt, ground black pepper and crushed garlic. Finally, stir in the cooked and drained pasta.
