Pancakes with walnut filling

Pancakes filled with sugar, whipped cream and grated nuts, drizzled with chocolate and decorated with cherries.

Ingredients:

200 g of plain flour 100 g 500 ml of milk 1 pk 1 pkeggs cocktail cherries pear of salt oil For filling: 250 g soft cottage cheese 150 g of powdered sugar 100 g whipping cream 100 g walnuts

Procedure:

1. Mixing the plain flour, salt and beaten egg, prepare a smooth dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator
2. Pour the batter in a thin layer on a pan with heated oil, fry on both sides and prepare all the pancakes
3. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, whipped cream, grated nuts, spread the filling over the finished pancakes, fold, arrange on plates, drizzle each portion with melted chocolate and decorate with cherries.

Recommendation:

The dish will be less calorie dense if you replace the whipping cream with white yogurt.
