4 tbsp maple syrup a little sugar for sprinkling 4 butter

1. Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes in one bowl and let the finished dough rest for about 20 minutes. One tablespoon of batter should be enough for one pancake, which should be fried in a little butter on both sides for about 2 minutes. 2. Place the finished pancakes on plates, pour the maple syrup over them, add a slice of butter and sugar to taste. Alternatively, serve with fruit.
