1 litre milk 400 g plain flour 1 pk vanilla sugar pinches salt 6 pk eggs 1 dl oil 2 pk apples cleaned filling 1/2 kg cleaned apples 1 pk cinnamon sugar to taste sugar 100 g butter whipped cream for decoration granola for sprinkling

1. Prepare the pancake batter and let it sit for at least half an hour.You can mix semi-coarse flour with plain flour,half and half.Add grated apples to the prepared batter,who likes it,either on a thinner grater or on a thicker one. 2. In the meantime I prepare the apples for the filling.I clean the apples,cut them into cubes,sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and sugar them according to their acidity.Stir them. 3. Melt the butter in a pan and saute the apples in it until semi-soft. 4. Bake pancakes from the prepared batter. 5. I fill the pancakes with apples and roll them up. 6. decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with granola.
