6 dl milk 300 g coarse flour 2 pcs egg 20 g powdered sugar 1 dl oil 300 g jam to taste salt
procedure
Add the flour, egg, salt, sugar to the milk and knead into a smooth dough. Bake the pancakes on a greased hot baking tray. Brush the baked pancakes with jam and roll them up.
