40 g plain (spelt) flour 100 ml sour cream 1 pk egg 1 tbsp melted butter
Filling
Ground black pepper salt 1 tbsp Cottage cheese 1 tbsp white yoghurt 2 tsp grated horseradish 1 handful bear garlic or arugula 80 g marinated salmon slices

Excellent for lunch e.g. Also for Good Friday. 1. Ingredients. 2. Knead a smooth pancake batter, let it stand for 15 minutes and bake thin pancakes. 3. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, horseradish, salt and pepper. 4. Spread on pancake, 5. top with bear garlic and sliced salmon. 6. Wrap. Enjoy.
