Oyster mushroom spread with nuts
ingredients
250 g oyster mushroom 1 pk smaller onion 2 cloves garlic olive oil for sautéing salt cumin crushed pepper black ground chili pepper 125 g fresh cream cheese 2 tbsp Rama with butter walnuts for sprinkling lemon juice

An unconventional spread that will delight our taste buds.

Rinse the mushrooms, drain, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Chop the onion finely, leave the peeled garlic cloves whole and dry roast the chopped nuts.

In a heated frying pan, fry the onion and garlic in oil. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Wait until it releases water. Season with salt and pepper, season with cumin and simmer briefly until the water has completely evaporated. Let cool.

Transfer the cooled mushrooms to a bowl, add the Ramu and butter, cream cheese, a few drops of lemon juice and mix. Season with salt and pepper as needed and refrigerate.

Place on toast and sprinkle with toasted nuts. Enjoy!
