Vegan Curry

Even a vegan diet can be tasty and very varied. Try this recipe, for example, and see for yourself that our claim about tasty vegan food is true.

1 can of chickpeas 1 can of sliced tomatoes 1 can of coconut milk 1 piece avocado 1 piece yellow peppers 1 pcs red peppers 1 pc red onion 1 pc garlic cloves 1 tbsp curry seasoning 1 tsp red chilli 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp cilantro juice from 1/2 lime fresh coriander piece of ginger olive oil pepper salt + rice or pitta bread as a side

  • Fry the onion, garlic and chilli in olive oil. After a few minutes you can add the chickpeas and finely chopped peppers. Once the peppers have softened, you can add the sliced tomatoes and coconut milk from the can and mix thoroughly.
  • Let it simmer for a while and then add all the spices and lime juice to taste.
  • Finally finely chop the fresh coriander and stir into the finished curry.
  • You can then blend the hot mixture (I recommend max. 1/3) to make a thicker sauce.
  • Recommendation:

Serve with rice or pitta bread.
