5 pcs eggs 1 packet of pancetta (sliced) salt, ground red pepper 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Ideal for Easter:
Hard boil the eggs and leave to cool. Carefully cut in half and remove the yolks
In a separate bowl, mash the yolks with a fork, add the mayonnaise, a little red pepper and salt. Fill the egg halves with the mixture, sprinkle with the fried and chopped pancetta and a little red pepper.
A little more garnish and the colourful plate is ready.
