Spicy Roasted Liver

Roasted pork liver with red peppers and onions, seasoned with pepper and salt.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Slice the liver into thin slices, the bacon into strips
2. Fry the bacon in a pan until it melts, add the liver, chopped peppers and onions, stir frying gently for 5-7 minutes
3. Serve with bread or bread and spicy mustard.
