Hard boiled eggs, marinated in a brine of vinegar, water, thyme and other ingredients.
1. Hard boil eggs, let cool and peel
2. Boil vinegar, water, sugar, cloves, whole pepper and thyme and let cool
3. Add chopped parsley to the cooled brine
4. Place the peeled eggs in a jar, cover with bay leaves, pour the brine over them and refrigerate until the eggs darken in a few days and serve.
