Pancakes with ham and cheese filling

Salty fried pancakes, baked in the oven filled with cheese and ham mixture.
1. Make a batter from plain flour, milk, eggs and salt, let it sit for a while and then fry the pancakes
2. Fill the pancakes, fold them in half, press the edges well and put them in an oiled baking dish
Prepare the filling:
1. Finely grate the cheese and mix with cream, ground paprika, nutmeg and salt to taste
Suitable side dish: Vegetable salad.
