Langos with sour cream

1 kg semi-coarse flour 500 ml milk 250 ml sour delicatessen cream 50 g yeast 1 pinch sugar, salt 1 KL baking soda a little oil for frying 2 cloves garlic to taste tartar sauce, ketchup, grated cheese
1. In a bowl, mix lukewarm milk, a pinch of salt and sugar and yeast. Let the yeast rise. Meanwhile, mix together the flour, cream of soda, salt and remaining milk. Pour in the sourdough starter and knead into a smooth dough. 2. Using floured hands, form the dough into loaves which you stretch out sideways with your hands. Bake the langos in a frying pan with plenty of oil on both sides until golden brown. 3. Serve with garlic rubbed with salt, tartar sauce or ketchup and sprinkled with cheese.
