Golden potatoes with Vegetable Recipes

Cooked potatoes and other Vegetable Recipes, all fried in oil, served sprinkled with grated cheese.


300 g of potatoes 50 g of baby carrots 50 g beans 50 g Brussels sprouts


50 g grated parmesan 1 tbsp oil water salt


1. Peel the potatoes, cut them out with a small ball cutter, cook them in boiling salted water until tender, drain them and leave them to drain
2. Remove the stems from the beans, boil briefly in salted water, add the carrots cut into noodles, quartered cabbage florets and cook until tender
3. Fry the boiled potatoes in hot oil until golden brown, add the Vegetable Recipes and sauté for a while
4. Divide everything on plates and sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese.
