Fish fillet croquettes

ingredients

300 g fish fillets 1 pk onion 1 pk egg 1 tbsp breadcrumbs 1 tbsp plain flour to taste salt, plain flour, milk, breadcrumbs, so for frying

procedure

Cut the fillets, debone and mince with the onion. Then add the egg, breadcrumbs and flour. Shape the mixture into 7 croquettes, coat in flour, beaten egg in milk and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat.
