Egg Stuffed Pepper Rolls

Buttered peppers cut into thicker slices, fried in a pan with eggs.
1. Wash the peppers and cut them into thicker rounds
2. Place the pepper rounds in a frying pan with a little oil, crack one egg into each, season with salt
3. Fry until the egg white and yolk are set, you can also turn once, or fry them as if they were fried like ox eyes, only on one side
4. Garnish plates with parsley and serve preferably with fresh bread.
A great side dish is, for example, toasted toast.
