300 g minced asparagus 2 pcs hard-boiled egg 4 pcs sour sterilized cucumber salt ground black pepper 2 tbsp mustard

Place the pre-ground cracklings in a bowl

Fine grate the sterilised cucumber along with the boiled egg.

Salt and pepper.

Add mustard.

Stir the whole mixture and let it stand for 15 minutes to combine the flavors.

Serve with gluten-free bread topped with spring onions or chili flakes.
