Do you like pizza? Then you will love this recipe. Not only is it original, it’s even healthier! And as a bonus, this pizza will be soft the next day too. It is, what?! 🙂
1.
In a bowl put flour, yeast, 3 teaspoons of salt, oil, water and pressed garlic. Mix the ingredients and make a dough. Cover and let it rise (about 2 hours).
2.
Prepare the sauce. Mix the peeled tomatoes, 1 tsp salt and oregano to taste.
3.
Divide the risen dough into three equal parts.
4.
Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with a little oil.
5.
Roll out the first part of the dough (0.5 cm thick / 30 cm diameter) and place it on the baking sheet. Mark a circle 27 cm in diameter on the dough. Use a cake tin or, for example, a plate. Brush the marked part with tomato sauce and sprinkle with 100 g of grated cheese.
6.
Roll out the second dough in the same way and place – cover the first dough on the baking sheet. Again mark a circle 27 cm in diameter, brush with sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and cover with the last rolled out dough.
7.
Place the mould on top and remove the remaining dough. Remove the mould and place a 5 cm diameter mould in the centre of the pastry. Cut the dough into 12 equal parts.
8.
Turn each cut part (triangle) twice. One triangle to the left, one to the right, one to the left and one to the right. Continue like this until the end.
9.
Remove the mould from the centre and brush the whole pizza with the egg. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 200 °C / 15 – 18 minutes.
