Recipe from Belgium for a dessert baked in a (bishop’s) loaf tin, decorated with orange glaze and orange slices.

Procedure:
1. Dust the buttered mould with flour
2. Beat the remaining butter with the egg yolks and sugar until foamy
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder, raisins and chopped orange peel, whip the stiff egg white snow
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 °C for about 30 minutes
6. Carefully turn out the moist dessert and pour the mixed glaze with orange juice, decorate with orange slices
