Brioche au Jus d’orange, a light brioche recipe, with orange flavor, easy and simple to make at home.

Ingredients:10 Parts
250 g flour 10 cl low fat cream 60 ml orange juice 1 egg 3 tablespoons sweetener powder 1 packet of dry yeast
Preparation:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients well, then knead until you have a nice soft dough.
– Roll out your dough and shape your brioche as desired.
– Leave to rise for 1 hour.
– Preheat your oven to 200°C.
– Brush your brioche with a little milk.
– Bake for 20 minutes, keeping an eye on.
