Onion stuffed with mushrooms

8 pcs onion to taste salt 100 g hard grated cheese a little oil
Filling:
1 pk onion 1 tbsp oil 250 g mushrooms 2 tbsp fresh herbs 2 cloves garlic 100 g ham 125 ml whipping cream 4 pk sun-dried tomato to taste ground black pepper to taste salt
procedure
1. Peel the onions, put them in a saucepan of cold water with salt and cook them over a low heat for about 20 minutes. Drain them and let them cool. Cut the top of the onions and carefully remove the inside. 2. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Chop the onions finely and fry them in a pan in hot oil. Add the finely chopped mushrooms, chopped herbs, pressed garlic, diced ham and sun-dried tomatoes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and after about 5 minutes add the cream. Then just stir it, set aside and let it cool down a bit. 3. Arrange the onions in a greased baking dish, fill them with the prepared filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and put them in a preheated oven to bake. Bake at 200°C, covered, for about 30 minutes. Then uncover and finish baking.
