100 g bryndza 50 g smoked bacon 2 pcs onion 1 cube masox 1/4 liter milk pcs parsley pcs cumin pcs salt

Clean and chop the onion, then sweat it on the chopped and rendered bacon, pour a little hot water over it and simmer it until tender.

Add the crushed caraway seeds, pour in 3/4 litre of hot water, add the soup cube and cook for about 10 minutes more. Whisk the bryndza in the milk and then pour it into the soup and serve with the bread. Garnish the plates with chopped parsley.
