Onion Liver with Broccoli

Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash and cut fresh broccoli into smaller pieces, season with salt and veggies (loosen frozen broccoli and proceed in the same way)
2. Fry the chopped liver in a frying pan and then add the chopped onion
3. Add the broccoli to the liver in the frying pan and stir the whole mixture over a low heat
4. Pour in a little water and cover with a lid for 5 minutes to finish the broccoli (minimum heat)
5. Remove, season with veggies, paprika and light pepper
6. Serve on a smaller plate warm!
Recommendation:
– It is better to “boil” the broccoli in the microwave for 2 minutes or you can boil it directly in water until soft and then add it to the liver.

– It is essential to salt the liver at the end of cooking, otherwise it will harden!!!
